XTRAC Technical Services configures and maintains printers. To send correspondence and work items to a printer, an operator must be associated with the same company that the printer is associated with.

To define a printer, you assign it a company value. Operators that are in the specified company can use the printer.
You can select an output profile that specifies when your print jobs are actually printed. See Output Profiles
Depending on how you set up correspondence, XTRAC might route correspondence to the following printers:

You must define at least one company value before you can add a printer to XTRAC.
Note: To add a printer, you need the Create and Printer security functions as part of the security group that is associated with your entitlement set.
To add a printer to XTRAC
An output profile tells the printer when to print the print jobs. You can choose from the following output profiles:
