Displays existing internal message templates. You can create new internal message templates. See Creating an Internal Message Template
You can also copy, open, and delete existing templates.
Internal message templates provide standardized content for correspondence between operators.

Search for: The value that you want to search for.
XTRAC searches the column that you specify in the in Column drop-down list box to find this value.
Column: A list of all of the columns in the open summary window.
XTRAC searches this column to find the value that you specify in the Search for field.
List of internal messages: Includes the name, correspondence type, and description for each internal message.The list also indicates whether the internal message is active or marked for delete.
Search: Searches for the value that you entered in the Search for field and in the column that you selected from the In Column drop-down list box. When the value is found, XTRAC selects it in the list.
New: Opens the Internal Message Template Detail window where you can create a new internal message template.
Copy: Creates a new internal message template that is a copy of an existing one. The copy is opened in the Internal Message Template Detail window where you can rename it.
Open: Opens the selected internal message template in the Internal Message Template Detail window.
You can also double-click an item in the summary window to open it.
Delete: Deletes the selected internal message template from the summary window.
Close: Closes this window.
If you made changes in the window and have not yet clicked Save, a warning displays that all of your changes will be lost. Click Yes to close the window and discard any changes. Click No to return to the window so you can save any changes.
