Work List
To open the work list, select Work List from the slide out menu, or click at the top of the page.
The My Lists pane opens on the left and the Work List pane opens on the right.

The Work List pane displays work items that are available for retrieval from the currently selected queue. In the work list, the XTRAC administrator specifies the order in which work items appear in the Work List pane based on priority, entry date, work item number, or work selection rules.
The entitlement set associated with your operator profile specifies the following:
- The default queue or queue group selected when you view your work list.
- Whether you can view work lists in different queues.
- The types of items — such as active work items, suspended work items, and frozen work items — that appear in the work list.
To open a work item from the work list, click the work item number.

Displays the queue name and lists the number of work items available from the work list. |

Automatically refreshes and updates the work item list. Click to turn off Auto Refresh. |

Click to manually refresh and update the work list. This button is available only if Auto Refresh is disabled. |

Filters the work list. You can filter the list by:

Transfer work items to another queue. |

Resets the lists preferences to the default settings. | |
Export the entire list or only the selected items to a CSV file. |
