Introduction
XTRAC (Cross-Channel Cross-Business Tracking, Routing, and Control) is a workflow system for automatic routing and tracking of work within your organization.
XTRAC Workbench is a web-based application that allows you to do the following:
- Initiate work (called work items) from customer requests
- Receive work items automatically in work feed mode or selectively from a work list
- Process work items, copy work items, merge data from one work item into another, split, link, print, and suspend work items
- Attach notes and documents
- Transfer work items
- Search for and retrieve work items or document attachments
- Change your current working node
- Obtain a history of every action performed on a work item
- Get information about operators
- Specify preferences
