This widget uses a graph to monitor the status of service level agreements (SLA) associated with work items. Color-coded bars indicate work item jeopardy status.
If your operator profile is not associated with a default queue group, the following message displays in the widget:
Default Queue Group not configured for the Operator. please contact your XTRAC administrator.
Your user account must be associated with a default queue group in order to monitor SLA.
Queue Group: This is the name of the queue group to which the monitored items are associated.
