This dialog displays information about the operator ID entered in the User Name field. For a personal queue, this dialog displays the user name, operator name, email address, phone number, and company. For a work queue, XTRAC displays only the queue name, the email address (if applicable), and its associated company.
User Name: Displays the ID of the currently signed in operator. Enter the ID of another operator and click the Get Info button to display information about that operator.
Name: Displays the name associated with the operator ID.
Email: Displays the email address associated with the operator ID.
Phone: Displays the phone number associated with the operator ID.
Company: Displays the name of the company associated with the operator ID.
Note: If a work queue ID is entered in the User Name field, only the queue name, email address (if applicable), and its associated company.
