Editing Reports
Administrators with the applicable roles associated to their user IDs may edit reports.

1.

Open the Repository pane. Do one of the following: |
- On the XRA menu bar, click View > Repository.
- On the administrator Home page, click the Browser icon.

Use the Folders pane and Repository pane to go to the report to be edited. |

Open the Set Up the Report page. Do one of the following: |
- Select the report to be edited and click the Edit button on the Repository toolbar.
- Right-click on the report's name in the list and click Edit from the menu.
The Set Up Report Page opens.

In the Name field, you may change the display name of the report. |
Note: You cannot change the value in the Resource ID, which was entered when the report was added.

In the Description field, you may add or update an optional description. |
|
6.
|
In the Locate JRXML File section, you may select whether you want to upload a local file or select one from the repository by browsing to the locations. |

7.
|
Click Controls & Resources. |
The server uploads the JRXML file.
|
8.
|
On the Controls & Resources page, use the list to locate any missing resources for your report. |
