Viewing Operator Information

You can access operator information from the work area toolbar, work area sidebar, or from a work item.

You can view information about an operator, including:

• operator’s user name
• full name
• email address
• telephone number
• company

Fields that are blank in the operator’s profile also are blank in the Operator Information dialog.

You also can find out the company name and email address of a work queue.

Accessing Operator Information from the Work Area View

Open the Operator Information window. Do one of the following:

• On the work area toolbar, click the Operator Information link (  ) then click Operator Information.
• On the work area sidebar, click Home > Operator Information.
  

The unlabeled Operator Information window opens displaying information about the logged in operator, such as user name, full name, email address, phone number, and company name.

Enter the operator or queue name in the User Name text box and click Get Info.

When you finish viewing the information, click Close.

Accessing Operator Information from the Work Item

You can view operator information from a work item. XTRAC displays different operator information, depending on the window from which you access the information and whether you have anything selected.

Open a work item.

Open one of the following pages.

• History page - Click the History Information icon ( ).
• Notes page - Click the Notes Information icon ( ).

Click the applicable link in the Operator column.

The unlabeled Operator Information window. XTRAC prefills the window based on information available in the operator profile or in the queue details.

5.

(Optional) To view information for another operator or queue, enter the new name in the User Name field and click Get Info.

6.

When you finish, click Close.
