XTRAC Workbench User Requirements
To use XTRAC, you must be a registered XTRAC user. Your XTRAC administrator registers you by creating an operator profile for you. The operator profile defines personal information, such as:
- Your representative ID
- Name
- XTRAC password
- Location
- Telephone number
- email address
You use your representative ID and password to log in to XTRAC. The initial password is assigned by your XTRAC administrator. You can change this password after a successful log in.
The XTRAC administrator also associates an entitlement set with your operator profile. Your entitlement set is based on the type of work you do. Your entitlement set specifies the following:
- Your assigned access group, which determines where you can view and process work items.
- Your assigned security group, which determines what functions you can perform in XTRAC (for example, splitting, transferring, or suspending work items).
- Your options, including whether you can perform the following:
- Create or update work items
- Update work items owned by another operator
- View the work of other operators
- Transfer work items from a work queue, another operator’s personal queue, or your personal queue
- The mode in which you receive work. it may be selectively from a work list, automatically in work feed mode, or both.
XTRAC Workbench hides the features and options to which you do not have privileges.
