XRA-247: Update the "Working with Dashboards" topic.

1. Updated a link in the opening paragraph.

A dashboard combines reports, charts, graphs, and filter controls into an integrated view of workflow trends. Each dashboard displays an overview of workflow information as well as Revision History and links to view detailed reports, some with links that open work items in XTRAC Workbench.

2. Updated text under subtitle "View a Dashboard".

1. Move your pointer over the Dashboards option on the XRA Menu Bar..

2. Click a dashboard name in the Dashboards list.

Note: Administrators can click the View Dashboards widget on the admin Home page. In this case, the Library page opens with the Dashboards filter applied. This is the same as a user or administrator selecting All Dashboards on the Dashboards menu.

The selected dashboard opens. Depending on which dashboard is opened, it may display report charts and graphs by date range, time interval, item type, queue, node, status, age group, name, and operator, as well as summary data.

3. Added a new subheading, "Dashboard Title Bar", deleted paragraph and added new table with details about controls.

On the dashboard's title bar, you can see the date and time of the latest data after Data as of. You can manually update a dashboard with the latest data by clicking Refresh. No Auto Refresh is the default option in the list box beside the button. However, you can set an automatic refresh rate in this box by selecting Refresh 1 MinRefresh 3 Min, Refresh 5 Min, Refresh 10 Min, Refresh 15 Min, or Refresh 20 Min.

XRA-238: Rewrote and reformatted the "Managing Folders and Resources" topic including added the following subtopics:

RTC 1513006: Added information about business calendar metrics.

In the Working with Dashboards topic, we added a note to define business calendar and the role of a workflow admin to define it.

Based on your organization's business calendar, rolling summaries show data up to the most current hour of your date range. The Data as of details on the title bar always show you the timestamp of the latest data.

Note: The workflow admin configures the default business calendar. The business calendar defines which days are working days and non-working days, i.e. Monday through Friday are typically working days, weekends, and holidays are non working days. The admin may also enter a starting and ending hour of a business day, e.g. 8 am and 4 pm.

The XTRAC Reporting and Analytics Guide 1.3 used the XTRAC Reporting and Analytics Guide 2015.1 as the seed document.
